Frank P. Presta
Mr. Presta uses his civil engineering background and over 40 years of international experience in corporations and law firms in the intellectual property field to practice in all phases of patent and trademark counseling, prosecution and licensing, and in trademark litigation, in the United Sates and throughout the world.
Mr. Presta has been selected by his peers as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in the intellectual property field for the past five years.
During law school, Mr. Presta served on the Board of the Georgetown Law Journal.
Mr. Presta is a member of the bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Supreme Court and other federal courts, and is a member of many professional organizations in the intellectual property field.
