Stephen Pachol

Mr. Pachol concentrates on patent prosecution, particularly in electrical and computer software related areas. He has experience in complex technologies such as scanning and printing systems, video display systems, video game systems, telecommunication systems, and electronic trading systems.

Prior to beginning his career as an attorney, Mr. Pachol worked as a consultant for several years writing software for major corporations on their sophisticated Enterprise Resource Planning systems. He also has experience in the telecommunications industry where he has written applications for complex telecommunication switches.

While attending law school, Mr. Pachol served as an editor and a board member on a law review journal focused on intellectual property law. After graduating law school, Mr. Pachol worked for an intellectual property boutique in Alexandria, Virginia where he focused his practice primarily on patent prosecution.

Mr. Pachol is admitted to practice in Illinois and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is not admitted in Virginia.
