Raymond Y. Mah
Mr. Mah focuses his practice primarily on all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution. His extensive experience covers a variety of technical fields, including mechanical, electrical, software and computer-related technologies. He has successfully argued before the U.S. Patent Office Board of Appeals. He has also played a role in a number of complex patent litigations and written several patent law opinions.
While attending law school, Mr. Mah worked as a patent examiner in the United States Patent and Trademark Office examining patent applications in the fields of electrical measurement and test equipment and magnetic resonance imaging.
Mr. Mah is a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, the Eta Kappa Nu Electrical and Computer Engineering Honor Society and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
