Sheryl L. De Luca
Ms. De Luca specializes in patent, trademark, unfair competition, copyright and trade secret litigation, and intellectual property licensing matters. Her practice also focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, including opposition and cancellation proceedings and copyright counseling and prosecution.
Ms. De Luca began her career at Nixon & Vanderhye in 1996. She previously worked at PRC Inc. as a contracts administrator and business analyst.
Ms. De Luca is admitted to practice before the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the International Trademark Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
