Bryan H. Davidson

Mr. Davidson uses his in-house patent counsel tenure, chemical engineering background and industry experience, to advise clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues. Having nearly 30 years of experience as a practicing intellectual property attorney, Mr. Davidson has focused his professional activities within Nixon & Vanderhye, PC to preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patents, preparation and prosecution of design patents, product clearance opinions and strength analyses of both client and third party patents. Mr. Davidson’s professional abilities were recently recognized by the recommendation in the 2008 Legal 500 publication as a patent practitioner for utility and design patent prosecution services.

Mr. Davidson is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His professional affiliations include the District of Columbia Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. Davidson attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York by Congressional Appointment.
