FRANK P. PRESTA graduated with honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1957 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He received a J.D. in 1961 from Georgetown University Law Center where he served on the Board of the Georgetown Law Journal.
He is admitted to practice before the highest courts of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Presta is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association, American Bar Association, Licensing Executives Society and the International Trademark Association.
He has over thirty-five years of experience with corporations and law firms in all phases of patent and trademark counseling, prosecution, licensing and litigation in the United States and many other countries. Mr. Presta currently specializes in obtaining trademark and patent protection for the firm's clients throughout the world and in related opposition and cancellation proceedings. He lectures periodically before various professional organizations on different aspects of trademark practice.

as one of the "Best
Lawyers in America" in the intellectual
property field.
